Day 1: HANOI – HA GIANG (Nil)
Pick up at hotel in Hanoi in the early morning, we will take 290 km drive to Ha Giang which is the. province in the Northeast region of Vietnam . It is located in the far north of the country, and contains Vietnam's northernmost point. It shares a 270 km long border with Yunnan province of southern China, and thus is known as Vietnam's final frontier. The drive takes at least 6 hours passing through the countryside, villages and towns in the far Northern Vietnam. Along the way, we stop to visit Mac Dynasty citadel in Tuyen Quang province and a nearby local market. After lunch time, we continue to Ha Giang. On arrival in the mid-afternoon, we will visit Tha Cultural village which is 5 km away from the town centre. The village is home to Tay people and surrounded with rice terrace. Back to the town and check in your hotel which overlooks the river. Overnight at Cao Nguyen hotel in Ha Giang.

Day 2: HA GIANG- QUAN BA- YEN MINH - DONG VAN (Breakfast)
In the morning we will drive to Dong Van ancient town which is located in the Dong Van karst plateau Geopark. The karst plateau is created by at least 80 percent limestone and many fossils of ancient creatures species from 400 - 600 million years ago. Its average elevation is 1400 -1600 meters above sea level. On the way we will stop in Quan Ba to visit the Bo Y minority village & stop en-route to visit the Heaven gate in Quan Ba town. Having lunch in Yen Minh town and take rest for an hour then we continue the trip to Sa Phin village to visit the former. H’Mong King’s palace & a minority house in the cultural village where the film ‘Pao’s story” was shooted. Arriving in Dong Van district in the late afternoon, take rest and walking around the ancient town of Dong Van. Overnight at Hoa Cuong hotel in Dong Van town.

Day 3: DONG VAN- LUNG CU- MA PI LANG PASS- MEO VAC- BA BE (Breakfast)
If today falls on Sunday we will have chance to visit Dong Van ethnic market, where all kinds of goods and multi-colored clothes can be purchased. The people here still remain their traditional life of remote minority tribes. Drive up ahead we will visit the Flag tower on the top of Lung Cu mountain, near the border with China. Then we will drive along the Nho Que river and go through Ma Pi Leng pass which is a part of Dong Van plateau’s complex of geological park. Pa Pi Leng has long been known as one of the top four greatest passes in Vietnam. You might curious about the meaning of this strange name, Ma Pi Leng means “horse nose” implying the dangerous of the topography here where mountains upstanding like horse’s bridge of the nose. After admiring the breaktaking view of the pass, we will arrive in Meo Vac, a rural district of Ha Giang province. Have a short rest before driving to Ba Be Lake. Tonight we will have dinner and enjoy beer time at home stay, enjoy the nice river view in Pac Ngoi village. Overnight at home stay in Ba Be. You will stay at simple homestay accommodation, and there a few ways to better understand a country and its people. You will sleep on mattresses on the floor in a mixed-gender dormitory style, and bathrooms will be shared.

Day 4: BA BE- HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)
This morning we will take a boat trip on Ba Be lake, the largest natural lake in Vietnam which has a water area around 500 ha, spreading over 8 km. We will visit Puong cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ba Be national park, and then take the boat to Dau Dang waterfall, while waiting for the lunch served in Minority restaurant, we will take a short walk to visit Dau Dang waterfall. After lunch we will take a boat back to Pac Ngoi village, have a rest for few minutes then driving back to Hanoi (240 km), Arrive in Hanoi in the late afternoon. End of services.
