Day 1: HA NOI – ARRIVAL (Nil)
Pick up at Noi Bai airport and transfer to hotel for check-in (check-in time: after 14:00). Free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: HANOI – MAI CHAU MINORITY VILLAGE (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
08:15-08:30: Pick up from your hotel and head west towards Hoa Binh to have refreshment.
10:00: Leave Hoa Binh for Mai Chau Valley, about 2 hours away, stop for snapping pictures.
12:00: Arrive in Mai Chau and have lunch at a local house in the local village.
14:00: Bicycle around the surrounding villages of White Thai Ethnic people. Learn more about their lives and cultures.
18: 00: Dinner with the family, get a closer look into their real life. Drink “ruou can” (traditional wine of the minority people) with your new family. Home stay at the stilt house, the interesting part of the trip. Stilt houses are unique to Mai Chau. There are the large communal rooms. However, we will arrange private room for you to stay.
Note for home stay: very standard room, no air-conditioner, with fan only, common toilet, no private toilet.

Day 3: MAI CHAU – HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)
The early morning is the most peaceful time to walk around the villages. See women preparing foods on the wooden fire while the sun is rising over the beautiful mountains.
07:30: Light breakfast in the village then walk to Mai Chau market then climb to 1000 step cave. The cave is breathtaking and so is the view of the area from the entrance of the cave.
12:00: Have lunch in the village before getting on the bus back to Hanoi.
17h00: Back to your hotel on Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4: HANOI – SIC TOUR TO HA LONG BAY (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
08:15-08:30: An open bus will pick you up at hotel to join with other tourists.
08:45: Leave Hanoi for Ha Long city, making a short stop en route in Hai Duong to visit crafts workshops, where you’ll see marble stone sculptures, plaque paintings, and hand-embroidered items.
12:00: Arrive in Ha Long bay, get on Imperial cruise and enjoy a welcome drink.
13:00: Enjoy specially prepared lunch while cruising towards thousands of amazing limestone islands emerging from emerald water, passing by Stone Dog islet, floating fishing village, incense burner islet, fighting cocks islet etc
15:00: Visit Heavenly Palace cave, the most beautiful one in Ha Long bay.
16:00: Kayaking for an hour or more through slide rock cliffs.
17:30: Swimming time, this is great chance to relax in water
19:00: Enjoy a wonderful sunset dinner at cruise’s restaurant before retiring to the comfort of your cabin
20:30: Evening activities like singing karaoke, dancing, squid fishing or playing cards. Overnight on Standard Imperial Junk.

Day 5: HA LONG BAY – BACK TO HA NOI (Breakfast, Lunch)
07:00: Breakfast, coffee, tea, fruits will be served.
08:00: Check out and start cruising further to discover the hidden charm of the bay, taking photos many islets with outstanding shapes as frog island, turtle island etc.
10:00: Cooking class opened right on the cruise for all the people are interested in cooking, especially cooking Vietnamese food.
11:15: Lunch served on the cruise before you arrive at harbor.
12:30: Get on bus and transfer back to Hanoi.
16:00: Arrive in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 6: HANOI– DEPARTURE (Breakfast)
Free at leisure. Transfer to Noi Bai airport for leaving flight. End of services.
