ITINERARY

Day 1: HA NOI - ARRIVAL (Dinner)
You will be welcomed upon your arrival at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi by our experienced English speaking tour guide and driver, then transfer to your hotel for check-in (after 14:00pm)
Have Kosher dinner at Chabad house. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: HA NOI - CITY TOUR (Breakfast, Dinner)
Enjoy a morning city tour to visit some of the city’s attractions including the fascinating Ho Chi Minh mausoleum (except for Monday & Friday & the whole Oct & Nov, Quan Thanh pagoda will be replaced), Ho Chi Minh house on stilt & One Pillar pagoda. We will visit West Lake, a picturesque area with many monuments surrounding including Literature temple which is regarded as the first university of Vietnam.
In the afternoon visit Hoa Lo (Hilton) Prison, used for years as prison for political prisoners and later prisoners of war, which gives us a glimpse into Vietnam’s history. Continue to Hoan Kiem Lake, considered the focal point of the city and Ngoc Son Temple, Hanoi’s most visited temple.
Before dinner enjoy water puppet show, a unique and famous traditional performance.

Day 3: HA NOI – HA LONG – HA NOI (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Halong bay must be a Vietnam’s most famous and most popular UNESCO World Heritage site. We start at 7.00 A.M for the 3 hour drive (170 km) through the Red River delta, which offers plenty of chances for taking photos of Vietnamese farmers tilling the vast green paddy fields. At half way, we'll have a visit to a handicraft workshop with fine clothes, embroidered paintings, stone statuettes and all kinds of gems mined in Vietnam such as star rubies or sapphires... Our destination is the World Heritage site of Ha Long bay. The name “Halong” means the descending dragon in to the sea. Legend states that gods sent dragons, who dropped jewels and jade from their mouths into the bay, creating the islands. The towering limestone karsts represent the dragon’s back, surrounded by jade green water creating an unforgettable site. There are more than 1600 limestone islands and islets with different shapes jutting out from the sea. Most of them are still intact from human activities thanks to their uninhabited and uncultivated characters.
Once at Ha Long city we board our private boat for a four hours cruise of this stunning area, stopping along the way to visit one of the lime stones caves in the bay. Fresh seafood and vegetable will be served on board for lunch.
Disembark in the late afternoon, transfer back to Ha Noi. Arrive around 19:00pm.
Have Kosher dinner at Chabad House. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 4: HA NOI – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Dinner)
Transfer to the airport for morning flight to Ho Chi Minh city. (Flight can be arranged by your own or book through us with airfare surcharge)
Upon your arrival at Tan Son Nhat airport, pick up and transfer to city center. Room is available at 14:00pm, hotel can keep your luggage in advance.
Start your sightseeing with a walking tour in Dong Khoi street and visit Notre Dame cathedral, the spiritual and cultural crucible of the French presence in the Orient & the General Post Office, City Hall and Opera House, the ancient & with French colonial architecture style. Then visit Reunification palace which was the workplace of the President of South Vietnam & was then known as Independence Palace. Continue visiting War museum which primarily contains exhibits relating to the American phase of the Vietnam War , and is a major tourist attraction.
Have Kosher dinner at Chabad House
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 5: HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI – TAY NINH – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, Dinner)
Today morning, leave Ho Chi Minh for Cu Chi tunnels. In Cu Chi, starts with an introductory video detailing its long 25-year construction. Then it is time to go underground in the infamous 120-mile Cu Chi tunnel system which offered a safe haven for soldiers and thousands of Vietnamese people during the Vietnam War. It is virtually an underground city with dwelling houses, schools, hospitals and factories. On display are booby traps, the remains of a US army tank and huge craters left by American B52 bombs. Here you will have the opportunity to witness how rice paper is made and to explore the amazing labyrinth of tunnels used by the guerrillas during the war.
Then, continue to Tay Ninh town, the capital of Tay Ninh province. This town serves as the headquarters of one of Vietnam’s most intriguing indigenous religions, Cao Daism. The Cao Dai Great Temple at the sect’s Holy See is one of Asia's most unusual and astonishing structures. Its exterior is decorated with multi-colored dragons of all shapes and sizes competing for space with a number of swastikas. Above the main entrance is the all-seeing holy eye, the symbol of the Cao Dai sect. The interior is just as engaging as statues of Jesus Christ, Buddha and the Hindu god, stand side by side.

Return to Ho Chi Minh for Kosher dinner and overnight
Day 6: HO CHI MINH CITY – MEKONG DELTA (BEN TRE) – CAN THO (Breakfast, Dinner)
Depart to My Tho, a peaceful city in Mekong delta (about 70 km from the Ho Chi Minh city in 2 hours).
Your first stop is at Vinh Trang pagoda, which was built in 1849 colorful porcelain mosaics featuring Buddhist folktales and natural scenery 178 pillars. The facade of Vinh Trang pagoda contains both Asian and European architecture including elements from the Renaissance period, Romanesque style, French decorative flowers and Japanese enameled tile. There are ancient statues like amitabhas, shakyamunis, aghast, bodhisattvas with the Vietnamese-traditional-sculptural architecture.
Continue Mekong river tour, you will board your cruise at pier and enjoy a 30-minutes boat cruise. A welcome drink by fresh coconut juice and tropical fruits will be served while the boat is cruising. On the river way, you will have chance to cruise through four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands and the floating house.
The cruise will take you to the middle canal in Tan Thach village to visit a coconut candy processing (family- owned business) and watch the local people producing coconut delicious candy. Walk through the local garden to recognize some tropical trees in the local garden. You will take horse-cart ride along the country roads through the village. You can experience the villager’s daily lives and will stop at location to sample seasonal tropical fruits, taste warm honey tea and listen to traditional southern music of the delta.
Take a small hand-rowing boat for 15 minutes floating down the river under mangrove palm creek which will bring you to the motorized boat via a signature small Mekong canal covered by water coconut palm.
At the end, you will board the motorized- boat cruising back to the pier. Continue driving to Can Tho for overnight.
Have vegetarian fish dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 7: CAN THO – FLOATING MARKET CAI RANG – CHAU DOC (Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, you will board a sampan boat to Cai Rang floating market, the region’s busiest and most lively markets. Marvel at the sheer abundance of exotic fruits, vegetables and skilfully handcrafted regional products. We will pull up to the boats for talking and bargaining with the merchants. We will also visit some of the local candy and cake making factories or boat through the green water landscape to see local houses, verdant orchards and ship-building yards.
Then, take a short cycling tour through the green water landscape to see monkey bridges, local houses, verdant orchards and ship-building yards of Ba Lang island.
After finishing the tour in Can Tho, transfer to Chau Doc town near the Cambodian border for your overnight. Upon arrival, visit the Sam mountain, a popular pilgrimage site with a host of Chinese, Cham and Khmer temples, to enjoy the a breath-taking view. Here you will take a walk to visit Lady Xu Temple, Thoai Ngoc Hau Temple and Tay An Pagoda.
Have vegetarian fish dinner at restaurant. Overnight in Chau Doc.
Day 8: CHAU DOC – PHNOM PENH (Breakfast, Dinner)
07:00 Transfer to the pier for taking speedboat to Phnom Penh
13:30 Arrival in Phnom Penh, Check in hotel, free at your leisure.
Kosher dinner at Chabad house. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 9: PHNOM PENH CITY TOUR (Breakfast, Dinner)
This morning explore the National Museum’s collection of Khmer art, which displays over 5,000 objects including statues and other artifacts from Angkor Wat. Then we discover Phnom Penh’s PsarToul Tom Pong, known as the Russian Market, a great place to hunt for souvenirs, curios, and silks.
Then, we visit theToulSleng Prison Museum and the Killing Fields of ChoeungEk-both grim reminders of Cambodia's bloody past under Pol Pot. It is almost inconceivable to confront the nature of true evil here in this gentle land, but the Buddhist memorial at ChoeungEk, commemorates the 1.7 million victims of the 1975-79 Pol Pot regime. This excursion may prove distressing for some. It is, however, an important piece of this country’s historical and cultural puzzle. Finally visitWat Phnom Temple is one of the most important pagodas in Phnom Penh. Built in 1373 on an artificial hill by the wealthy widow Daun Chi Penh.
In the afternoon, we will visit Royal Palace is a royal residence now where His Majesty, the King of Cambodia, and the royal families live. it is like a small town of royal dynasties. Continue to Silver Pagoda, serves less as a functioning temple than a repository for cultural treasures such as 90 kg golden Buddha encrusted with 2086 diamonds.

Day 10: PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP by open tourist bus without guide (Breakfast, Dinner)
An open tourist bus will pick you up from your hotel in the morning and transfer without guide overland to Siem Reap. Bus will drop you off at your hotel in Siem Reap. This afternoon, guide will come to hotel to welcome and pick you up for sightseeing includes one of the highlights of our trip, a visit to the Famous Angkor Wat temple complex, for a sunset view. Angkor Wat - built by Suryavarman II - is the earthly representation of Mt Meru, the Mt Olympus of the Hindu faith and the abode of ancient gods.

Day 11: SIEM REAP – ANGKOR TOUR (Breakfast, Dinner)
Start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple and the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature.
Heading out of town we make our way by traveling on a newly paved road to the intricately carved and well preserved temple of BanteaySrei. Along the way we make stopover at the Preah Dark village and we follow these with a visit the BanteaySamre Temple adorned with impressive relief’s depicting scenes of Vishunu as well as Krishna legends.

Day 12: SIEM REAP - DEPARTURE (Breakfast)
Breakfast at hotel, Free at your leisure until transfer to the airport for flight back home via Bangkok.
